The aim of this puzzle is to remove the ring from the main piece (handle). The puzzle consists of four pieces: the handle, which consists of two pieces, linked by hinges; a triangle and a circle.
To make this puzzle you need a piece of wire about 3 mm thick (welding wire); see above figure. Bend the wire to form the above figure. Be careful to maintain the correct proportions. The best way to bend the wire is to use a pair of round nose pliers, with the wire firmly held in a vice.

The figure opposite shows a detail of the hinged part of the main piece. The hinged part must be bent so that the two halves of the main piece can be placed flat on each other. The protruding parts of the main piece are slightly shorter than the diameter of the circle. The triangle must be welded at the ends and hooked onto the main piece before the two halves are joined by the hinges. The diameter of the circle is smaller than the base of the triangle.
