Each of the numbers in the grids below marks the corner of a square. The square can be any size as long as its four corners are located at the centres of the grid boxes. The number, which may appear at any of the square's four corners, indicates how many other numbers are contained within the square. A square cannot pass through another number, nor can the corners of the two different squares occupy the same grid space. The sides of the two different squares can occupy the same grid space only if they cross at right angles. Note that some grid spaces may remain empty when the puzzle is completed.
