There are puzzles which belong to the category of impossible objects.
One of the simplest ones is the three-dimensional shape opposite, which can be cut out of a single
piece of paper. Only cutting and folding are allowed, no glue or tape. Just take a piece of paper
10 cm wide and 15 cm long and snip, snip, along. The dark purple parts of the shape need to be flat
on the desk or table. The light purple part should be at 90 degrees to the desk.
