It was a hot summer's night, Chad Lindera sits in a third rate business plane.
Luckily he had gotten a smoking place. The stewardess brings him a warm bialy and
some green tea. He had planned to go to India to attend the yearly Aghan dance
festival, and had been really looking forward to dancing the tango with
Omasa... He thought of the mail he had received when he was in Breslau. In this
message Rani Umbra told of a murder.
He wrote:
Dear Chad, It pains me to let you know that our friend of Sumerian descent, Omasa
N'llodah, is a goner. This was a pure act of needless violence and it grieves me very
much. Omasa was found dead wearing her best regalia all covered in blood,
... stabbed. Her family pendant was missing from her chain. During her reign she disputed
many issues, one of which was the rising taxes. This could have been her downfall.
I want you, Chad, to be at the funeral, and also find the murdering enemy, and bring them
to justice!
