| RIGHT SAID FRED, as he pulled the bedclothes from us. It was 7 am, we
were on a surfing holiday. He continued, "lets get down to the _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _. There is a good surf running". We quickly got
dressed and headed to the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, we
were alone apart from a _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _. The tide was high, and we soon got _ _ _ , _ _ _ , _
_ _. Dick was the first to get hungry and wanted some breakfast, but rather than use the
path back to the top he decided to climb the rock face. George, the youngest of us _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, shouted "Don't climb the _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, some _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ may fall down and hurt you". Dick took no notice of
the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, and continued clambering up
the cliff. He had not gone too far when he slipped. Luckily he was not hurt, only a few
scratches, these were soon protected with some _ _ _ _ _
_ _ strips that were in the old VW-van we were using for the holiday. In the van we
heated up some _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ cup-a-soup, and George turned the radio on.
Fred told him to find another channel, "You know _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _" he said. We were
nearing the end of our week and would soon be heading home, the money was running short
and if we were not careful we could find ourselves in _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _. Anyway, listening to the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ would soon
be over. Next day we drove away from the coast and started the long journey home. After a
couple of hours we turned a corner and were stopped by the _ _ _ _ _ _. The
young constable said we would have to find another way round as there were some _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _
on the road ahead and there was no way through. It was Dicks turn for driving, and as he
turned round he went of the road and we got stuck and the old VW was soon up to its axles
in _ _ _. We eventually got going with the help of some _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _. They gave us a friendly wave as we departed
and some one shouted to us "stay in _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
_ _ _ _ next time!" |
